Driver – Senior Living Facility

Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking a dedicated and responsible full‑time driver to join our team and support our residents’ transportation needs. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a caring community by ensuring safe and reliable transportation services for our senior residents. • Safely operate company vehicles to transport residents to appointments, outings, and other destinations.
• Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from vehicles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety at all times.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, ensuring their comfort and well‑being during transportation.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in driving, preferably in a senior care or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide compassionate service.
• Knowledge of local roads and navigation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, approximately 30‑32 hours per week.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑conscious attitude.
