CDL A Over-the-Road position with steady pay and reliable freight for experienced and trainee flatbed truck drivers.

• Trainees:
  Must have 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional experience.
• Experienced Drivers:
  Minimum 6 months Flatbed experience and 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional experience.
• Minimum age of 22 years.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and urine test.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than one at‑fault accident, and no recent at‑fault rollover.
• No failed DOT alcohol/drug tests in lifetime.
• No recent termination.
• Felony and misdemeanor review by company.
• For experienced drivers:
  No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years. For trainees:
  No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years (go by conviction date).

• Account: $1,400 to $1,600 per week.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers only.
• Home Time: 2 weeks out and 2 days home.

• Tarpping and strapping down certain loads.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
