Solo pay ranges $0.45–$0.55 CPM with no-touch freight, weekly pay, and late-model equipment. Mentors earn base CPM plus $0.10 CPM for training, plus up to $0.10 CPM in productivity incentives; more bonuses may be available. Must be 21+, authorized to work in the United States.
