Amanwithaplanservices in Florida is seeking CDL drivers for a nationwide reefer fleet. Expect 2 weeks out with home 36-48 hour resets and miles weekly on average. Trainees with limited exp may start, with opportunities to train and advance.
Compensation includes $650 training pay during training (4-6 weeks OTR depending on experience), 59-74 CPM based on experience, $100 per short haul, and $1300-$1500 weekly average, plus monthly safety/on-time bonuses.
