Job Description- Pick or put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA)
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
- Inspect assigned equipment daily.
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
- Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
- Move product from staging and/or storage areas to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Report quality variances.
- Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Follow customer requirements and other instructions to ensure accuracy of load count, product stability, and safety.
- Coordinate with other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
- Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go.
- Operate in a manner that promotes safety; report unsafe conditions that cannot be self-corrected to the leadership team.
- Follow corporate and site‑specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
First Shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation and Benefits- $18.50 per hour
- Shift differential $1.50 per hour

- High school diploma or GED; three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successfully complete post‑hire assessments.
- Obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA, company).
- Wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment according to safety policies.
