• Pick or put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA)
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Move product from staging and/or storage areas to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Report quality variances.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Follow customer requirements and other instructions to ensure accuracy of load count, product stability, and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go.
• Operate in a manner that promotes safety; report unsafe conditions that cannot be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Follow corporate and site‑specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

First Shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• $18.50 per hour
• Shift differential $1.50 per hour

• High school diploma or GED; three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successfully complete post‑hire assessments.
• Obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA, company).
• Wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment according to safety policies.
