Warehouse Team Member

Dedicated to the municipal waterworks market, CS3 Waterworks offers flow control valves and automation to field service or valve repair, serving as a source for first‑class sales, service, and support.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Every product you pick, pack, and ship helps our customers get what they need when they need it. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring we meet our promise of reliability.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using forklifts and/or pallet jacks and inventory systems
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and stored in the correct locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to keep stock levels accurate
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but we’re happy to train the right person
• Forklift certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfort using basic warehouse technology (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools, etc.)
• A team‑first attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety and accuracy in every task
