Freight Loader & Unloader – Performance-Based Earnings | Up to $250 Per Day

Schedule:Sunday–Wednesday (Front Half) | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, energetic individuals for our warehouse loading and unloading team. This is a production-driven position where your pay reflects your performance. Position OverviewAs a Freight Loader & Unloader, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely loading outbound trailers and unloading inbound freight.
Loading Duties
- Transfer cartons from conveyor lines into trailers by hand.
- Scan freight with handheld RF scanners for accurate tracking.
- Move rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Stack freight securely while maintaining speed and quality.
Unloading Duties
- Remove floor-loaded cartons from incoming trailers.
- Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
- Scan and sort cartons into designated containers.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
This position requires frequent lifting, walking, bending, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
CompensationPerformance-Based Pay
- Average daily earnings of$200–$250
- Typical pay ranges from$16/hour to $25+/hour
- Paid by production based on cases loaded and unloaded
- Greater productivity equals greater earning potential
- Sunday–Wednesday (Front Half)
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Some shifts may end early depending on freight volume
- Overtime opportunities available when needed
