Construction Project Manager

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract execution, and materials procurement.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Drive revenue and profitability targets while controlling project costs.
  • Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in the emergency on-call management rotation.
  • Track and approve change orders, invoices, and expenses with transparency and accuracy.
  • Lead site teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality project results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time construction project management experience (restoration experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, financials, and project administration.
  • Experience with multi-family, hotel, or multi-building facility projects a plus.
  • OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting (25–50 lbs.), and hands-on site work. You may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Work environments range from quiet office settings to moderately loud job sites.
