9 AM–2 PM or 2 PM–7 PM

OC hi Tide is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Front-End Associate to be the first face our customers see when they walk through the door.

• Welcome customers and create a great first impression
• Check IDs and efficiently complete customer check-in
• Manage the customer queue and front-end flow Assist with online orders and pickups
• Answer questions and connect customers with the right team member
• Keep the front-end clean, organized, and welcoming
• Follow company policies and Maryland regulations
• Help the team keep things moving during busy periods

• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable in a busy retail environment
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Retail or cannabis experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person
