Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Hotel General Manager located in Ocean City, MD. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the boutique hotel, ensuring optimal guest experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, maintaining impeccable customer service standards. The General Manager will also develop and implement business strategies to enhance growth and sustainability.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- Experience in a managerial position of boutique or luxury brand hotels
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to manage guest satisfaction effectively
- Experience with Budgeting and financial planning
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service, and management a plus
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
