TRGroup, Inc. is a critical infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, and information technology firm seeking an IT Operations Field Lead whose sole focus is quality assurance, field enforcement, operational flow, and client satisfaction. You are the operational lead and the final gatekeeper for our deployments. Your objective is to ensure our engineering team operates at maximum velocity without ever sacrificing detail and precision.
The successful candidate must be a decisive leader capable of architecting operational frameworks in real-time, driving our scale rather than relying on inherited playbooks.

Compensation: $65000- $75000
ResponsibilitiesAbsolute Field Quality: Enforce the “Photograph Rule.” Every cable run, hardware mount, and deployment must be visually and functionally perfect before the team leaves.
Client Experience & Brand Protection: Act as the ultimate on-site guardian of the TRG brand, ensuring flawless deployments and elite client handovers.
Operational Velocity: Manage daily dispatch, anticipate bottlenecks, and eliminate field friction to protect our team’s deep work.
Standardize Excellence: Execute our operational playbook flawlessly across all sites to build permanent, high-quality infrastructure.
Skills/ExperienceTechnical Autonomy: Operate fluidly across enterprise networking stacks and cloud infrastructure. You troubleshoot and navigate admin portals independently.
Experience Level: Extensive background in IT field operations, network deployments, or technical quality assurance.
Commanding Presence: Possess the professional backbone and leadership gravity to hold elite engineers accountable to the highest industry standards.
