Perform general grounds maintenance including trash removal and basic repairs using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment;
Maintain lawns and landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, weed control, weed whipping, raking leaves, planting flowers and shrubs, spreading mulch, woodchips, or stone, and trimming hedges;
Inspect irrigation systems regularly and perform basic repairs as needed;
Collect trash and debris from common areas and roadways daily; empty trash receptacles as required;
Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
