de Lazy Lizard is a vibrant, tropical-themed outdoor restaurant with limited indoor seating, offering unique dining experiences across our Kids' Beach, Main Deck, Tiki House, Boathouse, and Adult Beach areas. With seating for up to 700 guests, we're a bustling hotspot during peak season, and we're looking for hardworking, energetic hosts to join our team!

Job Description:

As a host at de Lazy Lizard, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing them with a positive first impression of our restaurant.
• Managing seating arrangements using our computer system to accommodate guest preferences and maximize efficiency.
• Walking guests to their assigned tables promptly and courteously.
• Expressing appreciation to guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
• Maintaining menu organization by cleaning, rotating, and collecting menus as needed.
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the front entrance and restroom areas.
• Managing waitlists by providing accurate wait times and special instructions.
• Following established seating guidelines to balance guest distribution among servers.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay active in a fast-paced environment. Your teamwork and efficiency are essential to creating an outstanding experience for our guests.
