JOB SUMMARY
- Supports the Manager of IT Services in activities aimed at enhancing overall corporate performance.
- Designs, develops, and maintains systems; manages data, security access, and project coordination; interfaces with other systems.
- Collects and analyzes information, refines processes, and provides end‑user support via cost‑effective technology solutions.
- Provides on‑site support at multiple locations throughout the week; requires reliable vehicle. Locations include Glassboro, NJ;
Waterford, NJ;
McKee City, NJ;
Cumberland, NJ;
Millville, NJ;
Cape May, NJ.
- Qualifications:
Four‑year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Windows‑based hardware and software applications.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Technical
Skills:
Active Directory & Windows Server 2000 or higher;
Office 2000 or higher;
Mobile and cellular technologies (iPad, Tablet, iPhone);
Service Now;
Familiarity with Android‑based tablets.
- Review, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain corporate technology systems.
- Identify data sources, create decomposition diagrams, flow diagrams, and document all related processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical clients.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting, estimating, and interface file integration.
- Collaborate with clients, analysts, developers and other technical team members to support and develop solutions to complex business problems.
- Develop specifications according to business requirements.
- Configure systems and monitor performance; install software, patches, and new environments.
- Write and maintain documentation for program development, logic, system coding, testing, changes, and corrections in line with policy and SOX compliance.
- Recommend new solutions and upgrades aligned with strategic plans and business requirements.
- Coordinate and perform all testing of any changes to environment with process owners.
- Ensure backup support personnel are aware and trained to serve as substitutes.
- Provide technical assistance to 700+ internal business users in a 24x7 environment.
- Assist IT Department with other support related issues as required.
- Perform other special projects and assignments as required.
- Execute all duties inherent in the classification, including additional projects, tasks, or duties beyond what is outlined.
