UMC is currently seeking a RN:
Registered Nurse for The Shores
, our Senior Care Community located in Ocean City, NJ within picturesque Cape May County.

The RN:
Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care to residents within the assigned nursing residence, supporting medical care in line with the objectives and policies of the community.

• Oversee nursing assistants and other nursing personnel according to New Jersey Nursing Standards for RNs as designated by the Director of Nursing/Designee.
• Provide emotional support to residents by recognizing, understanding, and respecting their psychosocial, cultural, religious, and economic needs.
• Communicate with residents, families, peers, and ancillary staff to promote quality care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, restorative nursing as outlined in residents' care plans.
• Participate in the orientation and instruction of new nursing associates assigned to the resident.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
