Job Title and Compensation

Assisted Living Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – $21.50/hr – $24.25/hr, Full-time.

Location:

The Shores, a UMC community – Ocean City, NJ.

Schedule

Weekdays 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 5 days a week, rotating every other weekend. Shift differentials: midday/evening shift $2.00 and night shift $2.00.

What You'll Do
  • Provide daily personal care support to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
  • Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care.
  • Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support.
  • Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment.
  • Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members.
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required).
  • Experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
