Memory Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$31.31 - $36 per hour, based on experience | Part-Time

Location:

The Shores, a UMC community | Ocean City, NJ

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents
• Assist with medication and treatment administration
• Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
• Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care

• Current and active LPN license in New Jersey (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience in dementia care (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
