Qualifications- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Compact licenses transferred within 90 days of state of residence
- Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Health, dental, vision and company‑paid life insurance
- Paid time off
- Flexible scheduling – full‑time, part‑time, or PRN, including days, nights, and weekends
- 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians
- Tablet for electronic documentation in each patient’s home
- Career pathing with skill advancement and paid training
- Weekly and/or daily pay
