• Support restorative programs that promote resident independence and functional abilities.
• Assist with ADLs while encouraging resident participation and self‑care.
• Carry out restorative care plans and accurately document progress.
• Provide ambulation, range‑of‑motion, positioning, and mobility support.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and adaptive equipment use.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or functioning.
• Collaborate with residents and the care team to achieve restorative goals.

• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
• 1 or more years of experience in a long‑term care setting, preferably serving in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
