- Support restorative programs that promote resident independence and functional abilities.
- Assist with ADLs while encouraging resident participation and self‑care.
- Carry out restorative care plans and accurately document progress.
- Provide ambulation, range‑of‑motion, positioning, and mobility support.
- Assist with meals, transfers, and adaptive equipment use.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition or functioning.
- Collaborate with residents and the care team to achieve restorative goals.
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
- 1 or more years of experience in a long‑term care setting, preferably serving in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
