- Provide professional nursing services that support resident wellness, comfort, and quality of life within an assisted living community
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
- Maintain accurate and timely resident records to support effective communication and service coordination
- Perform routine wellness rounds and monitor resident status, reporting observations as appropriate
- Build positive relationships with residents and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to deliver a resident-centered experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Current and activeLPN license in New Jersey (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- Nursing experience in a related field or long-term care setting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
