Under direction, plans, develops and supervises the Aquatic and Fitness Center's operational programs, does related work to meet the needs of the Aquatic & Fitness Center.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervises, trains, evaluates and advises assigned employees involved in the Aquatic & Fitness Programs.
Recommends procedures, supervises the establishment and maintenance of records and files.
Will be required to learn and utilize various types of information systems used by the Aquatic & Fitness Center.
RequirementsOne year experience in work involving the planning, development and supervision of a recreation Program.
Special RequirementsApplicants will be required to possess a driver's license valid in NJ only if the operation of a vehicle is required.
