Responsibilities
- Maintain and update schedules of MDSs that are due
- Coordinate the work of the Interdisciplinary Team to complete the MDS, including the CAAs and care plan
- Enter or supervise input of MDS into computer systems
- Act as the leader of the MDS and care plan meetings
- Coordinate the completion of the care plan
- Other tasks as required
