Overview

Sunplex Subacute Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This full‑time 1st shift (7 am–7 pm) position offers unparalleled benefits, career advancement and a supportive work environment.

• Evaluate and deliver patient care, including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, as ordered and outlined in the plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care based on professional standards.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisors regarding resident status.
• Maintain accurate medical records during the tour of duty on your assigned unit.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required.
• BLS license required.
• Previous long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
