Qualifications:

• Active state license
• DEA | State CDS
• Board certification required
• ACLS | BLS |PALS

• State-of-the-art ASC
• 2 ORs
• 4,732 annual cases
• Established, collegial ACT with 1 MD and 6 CRNAs
• Clinical services include Endo, Gastro, and Pain.
