POSITIONSpeech/Language Pathologist
COMMENCING DATEJuly 1, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree from an accredited college/university for speech pathology with endorsement code 215
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) issued by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid Mississippi educator license issued by the Mississippi Department of Education’s Office of Licensure with necessary endorsement to be "Highly Qualified" as a Language/Speech Pathologist
- Commitment to student-centered learning
- Interpersonal skills in working with students, professional colleagues, administration, parents, and community
- Strong written and oral communication skills: grammar, spelling, punctuation
- Good physical condition with ability to lift 10 pounds
187 days per school year (as determined by job assignment) – Certified/Exempt
SALARYCommensurate with the Ocean Springs Salary Schedule for certified positions for the 2026‑2027 school year
