Location: Onsite Oceanside, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Duration: 2 to 3 months
Pay Rate: $43.74 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant for a temporary onsite assignment in Oceanside, CA. This role will support accounting operations for a duration of approximately 2 to 3 months. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on accounting experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment.

• Prepare and maintain accounting journals and general ledger entries
• Perform double entry accounting and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Create and analyze reports using Excel, including pivot tables
• Review, reconcile, and analyze financial data
• Support month end close activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist with additional accounting tasks as assigned

• Proven experience with journal entries, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations
• Strong understanding of double entry accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
• Prior accounting experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work onsite full time during the assignment period

This is a temporary position for a duration of 2 to 3 months. The hourly pay rate for this position is $43.74 and applies for the full duration of the assignment.
