Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

A growing technology company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its collaborative accounting department.

This role offers the opportunity to support a high-volume AP function while participating in process improvements, vendor management initiatives, and month-end accounting activities.

Responsibilities

+ Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

+ Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching

+ Prepare weekly ACH, wire, and check payments

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Maintain vendor master files and W-9 documentation

+ Assist with month-end accruals and AP reporting

+ Review employee expense reports

+ Collaborate with Purchasing regarding invoice approvals

Requirements

+ 3+ years of accounts payable experience

+ Experience working within a high-volume accounting environment

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

+

Experience with Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle preferred

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize deadlines while maintaining accuracy
