The Administrative Assistant for Integrated Employment Services provides essential administrative and program support to the Director of Integrated Employment Services. This role ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing communication, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting data tracking across programs that include paid internships, supported employment, and career pathway services. The position plays a key role in supporting staff, interns, families, and community partners to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- * Provide high-level administrative support to the Director to ensure efficient program operations.

* Coordinate scheduling for interviews, tours, employer visits, meetings, and program activities.

* Manage referral packets, intake documentation, onboarding materials, and compliance tracking.

* Maintain accurate records, data audits, attendance tracking, and billing-related documentation.

* Coordinate communication between interns, families, job coaches, leadership, and partners.

* Support program outcomes, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- * High school diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.

* Strong organizational, time-management, and written/verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams; Canva preferred).

* Ability to manage confidential information and work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Pay
- $18/hr.

- 20/hr hourly
