ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant in Oceanside, California.

What you’ll do

The Operations Assistant provides comprehensiveclerical, administrative andoperationssupportand attends to managers’requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Your job will include
  • Perform standard administrative duties(e.g., answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.)and ensure that the office runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
  • Greetguestsin a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain current records of company policies and procedures.
  • Write and distribute reports and business correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and order office supplies.
  • Create and editrequired documents, presentations, files,spreadsheets, databases and financial reports.
  • Coordinate travel for executives and managers.
  • Research and implement company-sponsored activities.
  • Support receptionists and other administrative staff as needed.
  • Recommend operational improvements to managers.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as requested.
Experience & skills you’ll need
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as the ability to perform word processing and data entry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal,written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule as required.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:

Hourly: $20.00 - $22.00
