Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious Homeowners Association Management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Northern and Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho.

Summary

Under supervision of the Recreation Director, greets and handles resident inquiries at the front desk of the Clubhouse. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with board members, committee members, and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and provide administrative support.

Part-Time Hours

Saturday: 4:30 pm – 10:30 pm (6 hours)

Essential

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Greets and handles resident inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Answers phones and channels calls to appropriate desk.
  • Copies, files, faxes as needed.
  • Maintains Recreation, Bulletin, Social Club files and the key sign‑out list.
  • Knowledgeable in all Recreation rules and regulations.
  • Performs closing procedures appropriate to the assigned shift.
  • Posts flyers and updates monthly calendars.
  • Manages e‑mail correspondence.
  • Works closely with Security and Maintenance departments in case of emergency, general issues, and requests for set‑ups.
  • Operates DVD/VCR for movie showings.
  • Performs any additional duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualification Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work on holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education And/Or Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative field.
  • High School Diploma required.
Work Environment
  • Ability to drive to communities.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment.
  • Typical office environment with low‑level noise exposure.

Salary

USD $16.90 – $20.00 per hour.
