A growing construction company in Oceanside is adding a Data Entry Clerk to support its project and accounting teams. You'll spend your day working with project information, invoices, purchase orders, vendor records, and job documentation.

This is a solid opportunity for someone coming from an administrative or customer service background who wants to gain exposure to construction operations and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders, invoices, and project information into internal systems
• Update vendor and subcontractor records
• Verify data against source documents
• Maintain accurate project files and documentation
• Assist with invoice and payment tracking
• Enter job cost information into spreadsheets and accounting systems
• Scan and organize project paperwork
• Assist Project Managers with administrative data requests
• Prepare basic Excel reports
• Research missing information and follow up with internal teams
• Support the accounting and operations departments with special projects
