This role reports to the Sales Ops Manager and works closely with the entire TJB family.

We’re seeking a B2B & B2C Sales and Service Generalist who will be integral in developing a world-class brand.

• Customer support and service
• B2B order support
• Assist the Marketing Manager with local community events

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  , and ERP systems (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to work
• Retail, fulfillment, and warehouse experience (a plus)
• Self-motivation and a willingness to roll up sleeves and do what’s needed
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for change and continuous improvement
• Insane references who would hire you back immediately
• One go-to semi-dirty joke and a secret handshake
• Start Date: February 1, 2026

• Weekend availability may be required
• Travel may be required
• Ability to handle physical workload (lifting up to 50 lbs)
