Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager
We are searching for a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager that can bring in new business and manage projects through. The ideal candidate will build relationships with property managers and management companies to acquire service/repair and re-roof jobs.
Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction
- Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications
- Growth mindset with strong desire to develop relationships and drive revenue
- Manager projects and lead communication with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders
Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager Compensation
- Competitive base salary depending on qualifications
- Aggressive commissions plan for sales and meeting/exceeding project profit margins
