Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless operations.

• Create and manage customer quotes
• Review customer purchase orders and process sales orders
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on vendor deliverables
• Coordinate shipping and invoice orders
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Resolve order-related issues and address customer concerns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Schedule service, order service parts, and maintain the service calendar
• Communicate order changes to appropriate personnel
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Provide cross-functional support to team members as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
• Experience with Quick Books, Smartsheet, and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong technical aptitude preferred
• 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a business-to-business or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
