Senior Customer Retention & Outreach Specialist

Overview

Customer Outreach to support customer communication, quote follow‑up, customer retention, and business development efforts.

This position serves as a key point of contact for customers after quotes are issued and services are completed. The primary focus of the role is proactive customer outreach, ensuring customers receive timely follow‑up, questions are addressed, opportunities remain active, and customer relationships are maintained.

This role supports company growth by helping ensure opportunities receive consistent follow‑up and customers remain engaged throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, persistent, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day communicating with customers by phone and email.

• Contact customers regarding newly issued quotes.
• Follow up on outstanding proposals.
• Send quote reminders according to established follow‑up schedules.
• Gather customer feedback regarding pending opportunities.
• Re‑engage customers who have not recently utilized services.
• Rebuild customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Work assigned follow‑up reports.
• Review customer activity and open opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Document all customer interactions.
• Track outreach activity and results.
