Are you passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and promoting oral health in underserved communities? Join our mission‑driven team as a Dentist and help improve the lives of patients through compassionate, comprehensive care.

As a Dentist at True Care, you’ll provide comprehensive dental services and preventive education to patients of all ages. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise dental assistants, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You’ll also support clinical operations, mentor students, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR system.

• License from the State of California as Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD)
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• X‑Ray License
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a practicing Dentist
• Available to work a Saturday rotation
• Bonus:
  Bilingual (English/Spanish), 2–3 years of experience, familiarity with community health center regulations

The pay range for this role is $155,000 - $270,000 on an annual basis.
