Education Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an Education Coordinator with a strong background in Early Childhood to support our curriculum and staff at The Learning Experience.

• Assist conducting classroom observations, evaluations, and provide feedback that motivates and encourages learning.
• Manage team to ensure TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
• Use a growth mindset to train, coach and develop staff for the future.
• Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan recommended actions.
• Assist in building and communicating weekly and center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios and labor budgeting.
• Daily management of classroom ratios.
• Lead tours with prospective families, highlighting curriculum, teacher quality, and key features.
• Assist in execution of parent pleasers, Show and Tell, safety drills, accident/incident reporting, and enrollment administration.

• Two or more years of assistant center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
• Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
• Medication Administration Training highly preferred.
• Must meet state specific guidelines.

• Monday – Friday

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000 offered.
