Job Summary:

Syner-G Bio Pharma Group is a science-led strategic partner for life science companies, committed to advancing human health. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering and project management to lead critical projects in a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) projects to ensure reliable power distribution and system redundancy

• Respond to Construction Requests for Information (RFIs) related to equipment installation, including freezers, glass washers, autoclaves, and room modifications

• Oversee generator upgrades, including control systems and performance enhancements

• Implement and manage electrical preventative maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime

• Operate within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and coordinating with Quality Assurance and other stakeholders

• Manage and maintain medium voltage vacuum breakers, ensuring optimal performance and integration

• Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems to support sustainable energy initiatives

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on project management and technical execution

• Proven experience in UPS system implementation and management

• Proven experience in responding to Construction RFIs for complex equipment installations

• Proven experience in generator upgrades and control system enhancements

• Proven experience in electrical preventative maintenance programs

• Proven experience in medium voltage vacuum breaker operations

• Proven experience in photovoltaic system design and maintenance

• Strong understanding of electrical standards and codes applicable to the pharmaceutical industry

• Demonstrated ability to work in GMP-regulated environments

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience with automation and control systems

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical electrical compliance standards and documentation practices

• Strong project management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
