Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this entry-level position supports our senior maintenance team with a variety of general tasks to help keep our resort running smoothly. Responsibilities include firewood preparation, seasonal outdoor upkeep, golf cart care, and sorting garbage and recycling. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in maintenance and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic resort environment.

• Preparation of Firewood for guest use i.e. splitting, stacking, delivery & kindling prep.
• Garbage & Recycling collection and sorting
• Landscape clean-up & assistance i.e. pressure washing, grass cutting, weeding, watering, etc.
• Driveway and lot care i.e. pothole repair, debris removal, sweeping, raking
• Snow removal
• Grass cutting
• Washing vehicles and golf carts
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Previous resort maintenance experience is an asset.
• Flexible availability based on business requirements.
• Able to work under time pressure while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Physical fitness to perform repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, stairs, etc…
• Able to work as a team, or independently.
