** As a COTA in Home Health, you will:
*** Provide therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
* Assist patients in regaining independence with daily activities
* Evaluate home environments for safety and accessibility
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans
** Qualifications
* ** Active California COTA License
* Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a COTA
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
* Strong communication and organizational skills
