Key Responsibilities Lead discussions with physician groups and operations teams to validate historical charging workflows Implement automation in charge capture processes and lead charge audit improvement projects Monitor productivity related to identifying missing charges and execute SQL queries for data analysis
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or comparable education in a technical field from an accredited university
Experience with Microsoft SQL and knowledge of medical billing processes, including CPT codes 3+ years of analytical and reporting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word HL7 data experience preferred
