Georgia Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist I to manage patient collection activities in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient calls related to collections and billing Research account details, document interactions, and refer accounts to bad debt agencies as needed Meet quality, productivity, and collection performance standards while providing professional customer service

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one (1) year of collection experience, preferably in a healthcare or call center setting Solid knowledge of patient collections and bad debt procedures Ability to work with various systems to perform daily job duties Preferred certifications include CPAR, CMA, CPB, or AHIMA equivalent
