Join our vibrant and upscale rooftop bar, where breathtaking views meet exceptional cocktails, light bites and service. We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests. (This position is on-site.)
The salary range for this position is $70,304.00 -$86,600.00. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort and Mission Pacific Hotel reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

- Oversee the operations of the rooftop bar.
- Develop and maintain an enticing beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver top-notch service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate events and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor financial performance related to beverage sales and prepare reports for senior management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar, lounge or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
