Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming management responsibilities when needed. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing, and resolving guest complaints.
Front Office Supervisors lead the agents who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries and taking place of Guest Experience Hosts when needed.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hr

- 2+ years in similar role in hospitality. Preferred 2+ years in Front Office role.
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Organized, able to use clear communication and works well under pressure.
