Overview
As our AI Architect, you will lead the design and integration of cutting‑edge AI solutions across our technical platform, blending hands‑on development with architectural oversight to transform raw data into real‑time feedback for our golf training facilities.
Responsibilities- Architect scalable AI systems: design and implement AI architecture strategies for real‑time and offline analytics, model serving, and data pipelines.
- Build systems for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models at scale.
- Lead and collaborate: guide a data science team, partner with product, engineering, and mobile teams to integrate AI features seamlessly.
- Oversee tool selection: adopt ML frameworks, MLOps platforms, and deployment tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Champion ethical AI: guarantee secure, explainable, and responsible AI.
- Drive innovation: explore advanced areas such as computer vision for swing/video analysis and predictive analytics for player research.
- Mentor and inspire: provide technical leadership and coach data scientists and engineers on AI/ML best practices.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
Experience- 10+ years in AI/ML with architectural or leadership experience.
- Proven track record of applying data science in product or R&D environments.
- Deep understanding of model lifecycle management from experimentation to production.
- Experience deploying AI models at scale via APIs, microservices, or edge devices.
- Strong software engineering skills; familiarity with containerization and CI/CD workflows.
- Background in sports tech, biomechanics, computer vision, or time‑series data.
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sage Maker).
- Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow) and SQL.
