Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide in-person desktop support and ensure smooth system operation. You will receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user requests to maintain SLAs.
Responsibilities include first contact support via phone, portal, email and chat, identifying issues, escalating when needed, and maintaining knowledge bases. Must have CompTIA A+ and gaming industry experience preferred.
