We are a small firm with four attorneys and 7 support staff located in Oceanside CA. Our firm focuses on family law issues including Divorce, Custody, Support and Domestic Violence
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Attorney Associate located in Oceanside, CA. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing family law cases, handling legal issues such as divorce, custody, and support, preparing and filing legal motions, conducting depositions, and providing legal advice and representation to clients. The role also involves collaboration with the legal team to achieve positive outcomes for clients while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications- Expertise in Law and Family Law, with a strong understanding of managing family law cases and legal proceedings
- Experience handling Legal Issues including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and property division
- Proficiency in drafting, filing, and arguing Motions in court
- Skilled in conducting Depositions and gathering admissible evidence for cases
- Strong research, analytical thinking, and oral and written communication skills
- California Bar license in good standing
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high-paced environment
- Relevant experience in family law practice is preferred
