Preferred Experience- 2 years or more experience with fleet trucks (CNG)
- Hydraulics
- AC experience (609 experience is a plus)
- Starting salary of $38.05

- 3rd Shift 3:00 pm‑12:00 am
- Fridays 1:00 pm‑9:30 pm
- Shift differential $2.50
- No weekends
- The normal setting for this job is a repair/maintenance shop at our Oceanside, CA hauling site
- Fix the trucks and equipment that service over 20 million customers across the USA
- Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
- Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
- Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles – the safety of every single employee and the people in our communities is our number one priority
- Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times
- Assist senior mechanics in the completion of project work
- Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical
