Responsible for providing high-quality janitorial services as directed to ensure all contractual requirements are met. Candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Cleans and services private restrooms, holding cells, lunchrooms, interior inspection, booths and offices in all departments to meet contractual standards/requirements and maintain them presentable.
• Maintains custodian closets/ company van in clean and orderly array to ensure easy access and accounting of supplies and equipment.
• Dust-mopping designated areas and performing spot cleaning as needed.
• Collecting and disposing of solid waste in accordance with site procedures.
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas and dusting furniture and fixtures.
• Replenishing restroom and supply dispensers as required.
• Policing all assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
• Follows all company safety processes and procedures and demonstrates proper use of safety equipment. May be required to perform street-sweeping duties in accordance with contract requirements and as otherwise assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or manager to meet contract requirements.

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience relative field.

Minimum six (6) months janitorial experience.
